What Personal Data is collected by Meta Monkey, Inc.? We collect various types of Personal Data including Profile and Identity data (e.g., internal identifier), Technical data (e.g., IP address), and Contact data (e.g., email address), along with other Personal Data detailed in section 2.1 below.

What purposes are the Personal Data used for? The Personal Data collected serves various purposes, such as providing and operating the Services (including online leaderboards, matchmaking, and friends search), delivering relevant content and personalized/targeted advertisements, analyzing usage statistics, managing unlawful conduct, processing job applications, and more, as detailed in section 3.1.

Is the Personal Data shared with third parties? We may engage subcontractors to collect and process your Personal Data on our behalf and for our benefit, including those located in different countries. Adequate contractual measures are taken to protect the Personal Data when shared with subcontractors. Refer to section 6 for further information.

1.1 Scope of Policy This Policy applies to your use of any of the Services offered by Meta Monkey, Inc. or its affiliates ("we," "our," or "Meta Monkey, Inc.") in connection with Elder’s Grace, Mobley’s Unchained.  The terms of this Policy, along with our end-user license agreement (EULA) and terms of use are available on this website, apply to your use of the Services. In certain situations, we may provide you with additional privacy-related notices, which this Policy supplements.

1.2 Definition of Services This Policy is intended to provide information about how we collect, use, process, and disclose Personal Data that you provide us through various means, including our websites, apps, games, products, social media channels, customer and technical support, and other services offered by Meta Monkey, Inc. in connection with in connection with Elder’s Grace, Mobley’s Unchained. These services may be hosted on video game digital distribution platforms, downloaded, or streamed onto your device ("Services").

Alternatively, we could refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances. We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your Personal Data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that Personal Data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.

The Services offered by Meta Monkey, Inc. are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under the age of 13 may provide any information on our Services. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on our Services or through any of its features (including registration), make any purchases through our Services, use any of the interactive or public comment features of our Services, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or username you may use. Exclusions from personal information include publicly available government records and de identified or aggregated consumer information.

  • Identifiers: Real name, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, IP address, email address, account name, or similar identifiers.
  • Personal information categories listed in the California Customer Records statute: Name, address, telephone number, employment, employment history.
  • Protected classification characteristics under California or federal law: Gender, date of birth.
  • Commercial information: Records of purchased, obtained, or considered products or services, purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.

15.3 Purposes for Collecting Personal Information

Section 3.1 of this Policy outlines the purposes for collecting personal information. Additionally, purposes for collecting personal information from California residents include:

  • As specified during collection or as stated in the CCPA.
  • To assess mergers, divestitures, sales, transfers, or reorganizations involving our assets, including personal information.

We will not collect additional categories of personal information or use collected personal information for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing notice.

15.4 Disclosing Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to third parties for business purposes as listed in section 5 of this Policy. These disclosures are made under written contracts that require confidentiality and restrict the use of disclosed information. In the past twelve (12) months, we may have disclosed personal information to third-party categories indicated in the chart below. We may also share personal information through sales to third parties, with an opt-out option for consumers. The personal information sold does not include information about individuals under age 16. Meta Monkey, Inc. doesn't sell or share personal information for money. Sharing occurs to deliver targeted ads and communications, among other valid reasons in this Policy. Some of these uses may be considered "sales" or "sharing" under CCPA for cross-context behavioral advertising.

15.5 Your Rights & Choices

The CCPA bestows specific rights on consumers concerning their personal information. This section clarifies those rights and how to exercise them.

15.5.1 Right to Know and Data Portability

You have the right to request that we disclose certain information about our collection and use of your personal information in the past 12 months.

15.5.2 Right to Delete

You can request that we delete any personal information or sensitive personal information collected and retained, subject to exceptions. While deleting data may impact your Service use in some cases, we may decline deletion based on reasons in this CA Privacy Section or permitted by the CCPA. We will delete or de-identify personal information not subject to exceptions from our records and direct service providers similarly.

You can request correction of any inaccurate personal information maintained about you.

15.5.4 Right to Opt-Out of Sharing for Behavioral Advertising

California residents can opt out of personal information sale and sharing for cross-contextual behavioral advertising by using the "Cookie Consent Tool" on each Meta Monkey, Inc. website that may collect this data. Opt-out preference signals sent from your browser also apply, opting out of sale and sharing via cookies.

15.5.5 Right to Restrict Sensitive Personal Information Processing

You can limit our use and disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information to what's necessary for service provision or as permitted by the CCPA.

15.5.6 Personal Information Sales or Sharing Opt-Out Rights and Sensitive Personal Information Use Limitation

Consumers aged 16 or older can: A. Opt out of personal information sale and sharing for behavioral advertising. B. Limit the use of sensitive personal information.

15.5.7 Right to Non-Discrimination

California consumers have the right to non-discrimination for exercising their CCPA privacy rights.

15.5.8 Exercising Your Rights

A. General

To exercise your rights or those on behalf of someone authorized, submit a request:

We verify your identity before processing requests. We use personal information from the request to verify identity or authorization. Requests to know can be made twice in a 12-month period. Requests must sufficiently verify you and describe the request's details.

B. Response Timing and Format

We aim to respond within 45 days, or inform if an extension is needed. Responses cover the prior 12 months, explaining non-compliance if applicable. For data portability requests, we select a format allowing easy transmission between entities.

Fees apply only in excessive, repetitive, or unfounded cases. Opt-out requests last 12 months, after which you can opt back in.

15.6 Other California Privacy Rights
